Other product and company names mentioned in the Site may be the trademarks of their respective owners.

You understand that, except for Dinner of the Month Club, Inc - identified information, products or services, all information, products and services offered through the Site or on the Internet generally are offered by third parties that are not affiliated with Dinner of the Month Club, Inc. In addition, a link to a Dinner of the Month Club, Inc web site does not mean that Dinner of the Month Club, Inc endorse or accept any responsibility for the content, or the use, of such web site. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Dinner of the Month Club, its parents, affiliates, licensees and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site or attendance at any activities organized by Dinner of the Month Club themselves or its members for Dinner of the Month Club community or your violation or alleged violation of the terms of this Agreement.
  9. Must NOT use the Dinner of the Month Club name to sell or promote any commercial product or service. Must not distribute any type of printed materials in the name of the Dinner of the Month Club, or DOM, which has not been supplied or given previous approval by Dinner of the Month Club, Inc.
  10. Use the name of the Dinner of the Month Club, the Dinner of the Month Club logo, or any other intellectual property belonging to the Dinner of the Month Club in conjunction with any unethical, immoral or otherwise inappropriate agencies or affiliations.
  11. Must NOT use information from this web site (www.dinnerofthemonthclub.com) to form e-mail "spam" lists or solicitation lists of any kind, or related to any activity or event.
  12. Must NOT use any of the content of this web site on any other web site or printed material for any purpose without prior written permission from Dinner of the Month Club, Inc.
  13. Chapter must NOT present their chapter as part of an independent organization. A chapter must always present itself as a chapter of the Dinner of the Month Club.
  14. Failure to comply with the above terms and conditions may result in legal action by Dinner of the Month Club, Inc. and/or the discontinuance of any or all Dinner of the Month Club services.
